Tourny Fountain
Gateway to Parliament Hill
The Tourny Fountain, also known as the Bordeaux Fountain, is a fountain located in Quebec City at the centre of the Honoré-Mercier Avenue traffic circle, facing the Parliament Building.
It was inaugurated at this location on July 3, 2007, in preparation for the celebrations surrounding Quebec City’s 400th anniversary in 2008.
